HKS Racing Controller

So I�ve been using HKS Racing controller for a day now and I must say I�m pleased and annoyed at the same time. I hope this helps some people who are on the fence with this alternative to the PS3 analog controller and people without the space for a true wheel.

Getting to old for sim bball?

So I just played NBA Live 10 online against this guy. I was the Thunder, he was, I'll let you guess 1 of 4 teams... Give up? He was the Cavs. I bet you're shocked.

Anyway, the game is a little choppy but, not enough for me to quit. It's only the 4th game I've played online because I was tired of cheesers.

After going back and forth whether to sell NCAA 10 or not, I had to give it one more shot. I paid $60 for this game and I owed it to myself as a college bball junkie and my wallet.

1st thing I did was take the game for what it is. I've read all the posts and even some of my own. I threw them out the window. I was going into this with a clear head.

Here's another reason I could finish all 82 games:

So, I got a barn burner going with the Magic. I'm using the Mavs (NBA Today game + commentary = best in the biz) VC and Lewis are killing me. They both have 30 something. I got DH in foul trouble so he hasn't done anything all game. I'm down as much as 18 to start the 2nd half 58 - 40.

Pre Season games

Official OS Vets Online Franchise 2 Pre Season games with the Jags and I can already tell it's going to a long season. DB's are not good and LB are shakey. DL is good against the run but, not great getting pressure.

I love the games though. Playing 15 min qtrs with 20 or 25 acc clock is great. The entire game is more of a chess match. Putting together drives and not making mistakes. Although D. Garrad had 5 ints the first game (3 in the redzone taken to the house) and a couple of ... Read More

I LOVE how each QB plays differently this year. In years past you couldn't tell the difference between the the top and mid level players. This year, if your starter goes down. Well... Let's just say you'll be playing the role of spoiler the entire year.

I did a little test with the "Player min speed threshold" feature. Slider guys are going to love this game. Oh the possibilities.

Anyway, I left it at default level and then bumped it down to 35. Here's what I found out.

I played with the Pats, me even though I hate them. I let the other controller sit there. I picked man to man with no help over top and ran 10 plays, all streaks to Moss.
