Monmouth University has thier application to NCAA FBS accepted. The team will begin Div 1 schedule begining in 09-10 season. The Hawks will replace Idaho who will drop to the FCS Division after NCAA ruled they didn't met requirements of a Div 1 school. Navy accepted an offer to join the WAC Conference so Monmouth University gets to
