I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has issues, but no more than other good superhero movies. If every film had as much love and attention poured into them, even the bad films would be watchable. So many films are awful to sit through because it's obvious that the filmmaker didn't give a crap.

It was different from your "standard" superhero in so many ways that I think it just left casul viewers, unfamiliar with the source material, off balance.

Maybe it was the director's cut, but the sex scene was unnecessarily long. Reminded me of Matrix Reloaded except that movie failed at most things.
