Just picked up MXGP 2 for the XBOX ONE. Not a review but I would just like to say to anyone who may have any interest in this game to seriously check it out. I've played Motocross games for many years, not because I'm a fan of the sport but because I enjoy the fun racing of the game. MXGP 2 is easily the most fun & most complete simulation of the sport I've come across. Developers Milestone have a real penchant for 2 wheeled racers & this is a great example of their passion.
Not only does the game include all the Teams, Riders & Tracks (18 in total) of the MXGP/MX2 Motocross Championship but also the MXoN (Motocross of Nations) Championship & a 4 race Stadium Series to boot.
This is impressive on its own but when coupled with a game that delivers on the track like this does I think anyone who enjoys racing games will enjoy this title.
No it's not the best looking racing title out their although it's still easy on the eye. Load times are a little on the long time. At no point is your jaw going to drop in amazement. But it's not often a game has the depth to appeal to fans of the sport yet still maintain the fun element to appease the casual race fan.
If I was to rate the game I'd easily give it an 8 out of 10.
