Had my XBOX ONE delivered yesterday with 3 Games. After spending a lengthy time installing the gamestop the HD (you have to do this) I have finally had a chance to sit down & check these games out. As great as these games look only Madden lets me play the game how I like to (Multiplayer Seasons Offline).
As for the others:-

FIFA - No longer includes Tournament Mode. Not everybody wants to play Onine!
Forza 5 - Never been interested with the games drawn out repetitive Career Mode. Just enjoyed Free Play where you could pick any Car & Race it on any Track. Now there are just a few cars with which you can you in Free Race mode. The others have to be unlocked. I don't have the time to spend hours doing race after race just to buy 1 car!

I also abstained from buying NBA 2K14 after the decision not to include a Multiplayer Season Mode.

It seems more & more that Developers are intent on forcing us to play games their way. Give the gamer the freedom to play their way.
