PGA 13 - Download Issues

Just wondering if anyone has had any problems downloading DLC for PGA 13. I've just attempted to download Atlanta Athletic Club & although I've been deducted the coins from my account when I try to download the course I just get a message stating 'Purchase Canceled'. Also when attempting to purchase more coins I recieve a message 'No content is available for purchase at this time'. Never had any problems in the past.

This issue has been raised by a number of people on the EA Sports forums but no definitive solutiuon has been found. It's affecting both PS3 & XBOX360 in both the US & UK.
