NBA 2K11 BROKEN HT SHOW?

I'm writing this blog based on my experiences Within Association mode & those echoed by some people on the 2K Forum.

In the lead up to the release of NBA 2K11 we were shown a video where the Halftime show was shown breaking down scores from around the league. We were told that during your association that this feature will occur & be relevant to your current season. However I have played a number of games & the HT show breaks down details of the game I am involved in but there is no other info about other games in progress.

I know this isn't a game breaker but the feature was a nice one to have & really bumped up the broadcast element at halftime.

I know some people have had issues with the quality of the HT show in NBA Today games but I am primarily interested in the feature within Association.

I would really appreciate it if you guys can let me know what your experiences of the HT show has been in Association mode.

I wonder if it's like in the Show, where you have to simulate the other games for that day and then the scores will show up? Has anyone tried this yet?

I have tried that method also. Still no joy. NBA 2K11 has a better mode than MLB the Show in that it allows you to select/deselect which games you want to play on any given day via the NBA League Pass page. For some reason though it does't seem to recognise these games at HT.
