Title: The Magic Touch

Intro: Hey there, you must be the new guy. You�re in for a hell of a ride here in Orlando. We�ve had our ups and downs recently here, with the Dwight trade still haunting us. At least Dwight failing to get a ring made us look good! Ha!

Anyway, back to business. As you may know, we�ve acquired Victor Oladipo in this year�s draft. I�ve talked to the owner about the future and he�s adamant about acquiring and developing an all-star centre to fill the void that Dwight left. How you do this is up to you.

I almost forgot, regardless on which option you choose, trading away Jameer Nelson, Kyle O�Quinn, and Victor Oladipo are all off-limits. You must also do everything in your power to keep these guys. Jameer has done a lot for this franchise and Oladipo is a key part of the future of this franchise. Kyle O�Quinn however should be kept until his contract expires, but until the n, continue developing him to see if he can be a role player for us.

Roster Rules-Season 1
� Feel free to trade as much as you want, but once we get our centre, you are only allowed to trade one last time during that season. We need to show him that we are loyal to our players.
� Find and sign Mickael Pietrus and/or Rashard Lewis. Their veteran leadership will show the youngins a thing or two.
� Trading picks shouldn�t be that much of a problem when we get our centre. Though keeping one every 2 years should be enough for the owner not to pull his hair out.
� We should at least be 3M above the cap.
� Always keep your second round picks. We�ve studied and researched players that have been taken last or in the second round, and have proven to be great serviceable NBA players.

Team Goals-Season 1
� Oladipo must win ROY and be part of the Rising Stars Challenge.
� The Centre you acquired must be in a NBA-ALL-DEFENSIVE TEAM
� Mickael Pietrus must play at least 25+ mins
� Oladipo must play 30+ mins
� Centre must play 30+ mins.
Team Goals-Preseason 1
� If you haven�t signed Rashard or Mickael Pietrus, this is the last time to do so.
� If you have a top 5 pick and considering using it on a centre, edit his appearance before the draft and change his height to 6�11 and his weight to 250. Do not change any of his attributes but feel free to change his appearance.

Our big man doesn�t necessarily need to be acquired from trades. He can also be taken in free agency in the first pre-season, although if you opt to use this option and getting him after the season, you had better take us to the playoffs in the following season. We really do not want to be wasting time as most of the old Magic team are retiring soon. Mickael Pietrus or Rashard Lewis has to retire with a ring. We just wanted to point that out, because they�ve done a lot for this team and we owe them a lot.
