Posted this in your Team Slider thread but I think it got lost in the fray:

Quick question.

What do you do for these when you go into your second year of your franchise? Your team should perform differently from year to year.

For example, I'll be playing as the Rams like I always do. I'm hoping to improve by default after free agency and another high draft pick. If I stick with the Rams sliders as they are now, I'll have no chance of ever being good.

What do you do to combat this?

Thanks for putting in work on these again this year. This set has the most potential of all the sets I've tried.
