First I think they are a great little school with lots of potential.With that said they need to upgrade their facilities.
Football
Starting with that boutique football stadium the Kibble Dome expand it or build a larger version quick. Part of attracting great recruits is the facilities, who is impressed with a 16,000 seat stadium?
