13. Bring back the East & West All Star teams. Charging fans for a part of the season is way over the top.

14. Fix the catch and shoot feature when a player is on the move. Players are matrixed into ridiculous fadeaways or floating jumpers. These can be true movements if a)the matrix affect is eliminated and b)the shot is matched with the appropriate momentum of the player pre-shot.

15. Apply speed BURST & SPEED to RT.
Speed BURSTS
(From triple threat w/return of LT for jab/pivot, from dribble ball walk up, or from dribble hesitation)
release LT then tap RT + push left analog toward or left/right of the defender for BURST.

Change of speed is a key component in basketball. Quicker players (ie Westbrook, Kyrie, Monta, the Brow, Cousins, etc) should have the option of a speed BURST from a triple threat position, walking the ball up, or from a hesitation move. If speed BURSTS are attempted by players with lower quickness than their defender, move should result in a charge if defender is in position or a ball left behind/strip turnover.

SPEED
Of course the SPEED feature should remain as hold RT, but the ability of a player to pull away from a defender or catch up to a player with or without the ball should be visually evident and should reflect the overall speed ratings of the players in use.

16. Player appropriate signature layups/dunks. Way too often we see big men do guard like layups/dunks in the game. There are some ELITE big men that are capable but when it doesn't match visually it can set the game back 20 years. The same can be said for guards that dunk in traffic off the vertical. Hey, if it is Steve Francis or Westbrook then maybe.
