NHL Hitz 20-03: Best Arcade Hockey Game Ever

Ever since I bought it waaaay back in 03, I've enjoyed it. At first I sucked at it. I used to play it all the time with my cousin, then with family. My cousin loved the game so much he bought himself a copy. Honestly back then, I didn't research games like I do now, so I can't even remember how I bought it.

To this day, I still play it. I just popped it in yesterday in fact (luckily it's backwards compatible, thank you Microsoft). The graphics still amaze me. The depth of this game is breath-taking, and when you add sliders to the mix? Fantastic experience.

I love checking people through the boards.

Was this the only game to ever incorporate that feature?

Surprising that more hockey games haven't.

But man, the hitting animations just feel SO GOOD in Hitz.

Hitz... Haven't played any hitz game since pro, and apparently I heard in a really old post form when I was getting 2k5 sliders that hitz pro sliders were better than other sliders. I plan to buy all the hitz games though
