Sports games series and me

My word I stink at sports games. I have tried Madden a bunch and cannot do a lick, but it seems that game is more like a job than anything. FIFA I still have not scored a goal in and really need a lesson on that. Love NBA and played 2k11 was ok at that, and my baby NHL. NHL 12 was the first one I bought in years and I was terrible. I do not get to play much due to wife and school but it is what it is. I decided to make time for NHL 13 and I love it! Amazing game but the advantage given to the CPU is insane! I don`t know how you guys do it but props to you!
