It's like a ghost arena in here. No one comes to visit, no one writes on the chalkboard, it's like a haunted school.

I'm not complaining. I understand that it's hard to keep up on everyone's arenas when you have like 50 friends and no way of getting status updates a la facebook or myspace.

To be completely honest with you I tried this whole blogging bit awhile ago and I just got bored with it. It's not that I don't enjoy writing about different things going on, I just have a sort of blog ADD.

So anyways I don't really have much to say. I started going back to the gym after a week off. It's November sweeps at work which means increased stress. Figured that working out could help. Only reason I took off last week was because of the election. I felt a lot better when I was going 3 or 4 times a week. I noticed I wasn't feeling as good when I woke up and decided it was time to get back at it.

I have had a couple of job hits in the past couple weeks, which is good news. One is in the same market (city) I currently work in, just at a better paying and higher rated station, the other is in Columbus, OH. I've already had my first round of interviews at the former and it seemed to go well. I've had one heck of a run at my current place of employment with different stress issues and I feel it would really be a good change of pace for me to get out of that destructive environment.

Well that's about it for this chapter. Glad you got to have a little peak into what's going on with me right now. Comments are welcome.

Broadcasting...such a nomadic way of life. I've changed markets once (Wilmington NC (#177 at the time) to Greensboro/Winston-Salem NC (#46 at the time). I wish I wouldn't have done it. Nothing wrong with being a big fish in a small pond. I hope to one day return to Wilmington and get back on the radio station I helped get off the ground.
