Manuel Named Starer, Plus Bills Trade Rumors

In week 2 of the pre-season the Bills and head coach/owner Chad Kutzke has named EJ Manuel as their starting QB. Here's what he has to say about him, "I believe that EJ gives our team the best chance to win now and the best chances to win in the future as he develops into an elite Quarterback."



According to a Bills insider, Buffalo has placed Fred Jackson and Kevin Kolb on the trade block.
