Last week started our spring break at school so I wanted a new challenge. I decided to go to the Jets and see what I could do with them. I know...not one of the glamorous teams but kind of like the Rodney Dangerfield of east coast football...no respect. So I spent hours going over the data...cutting the dead weight and trying to build a half way decent coaching staff. My first year went 9-7 and fired just about all of the coaches.

We started with a new batch of players and coaches...except for the players that would cost me a small fortune to get rid of. I ended up 10-6 the next year and 12-3 the following year...losing to ne twice during the year and on the playoffs.

I tweaked the team some more and in my 4th year went 16-0 and won the sb beating tb 17-7.

I decided to try something new so I went to Philly...Andy Reid had quit. My approval dropped from a 99 to a 38!! I have spent the last 2 days going through fa and the draft and think I have made some good moves. I had 9 players refusing to re-sign and I cut 4 others. I had to sign all 3 hb's and 8 other players...3 starters. I got them all taken care of plus had a good draft so I will see how they all pan out in training camp...

I think so...the challenge is to now repeat it. I have been able to do it with 3 teams now. It seems every team has its own challenges that make this game so interesting...no 2 teams are the same.

Well...I can see why Andy Reid left. Even with all of the changes I have made this team isnt going as well. I am really finding it hard to resign players and my approval isnt going up much. I am 7-0 and am still only "Doing Ok" I am giving them until week 10...if things dont look better I may move on again...

LMAO...thank god I saved the Jets game before I left the team!! I gave up on that Eagles team...my approval with the team never got above a 50...even tho we were 9-1!! So I just quit and went back to the Jets...won 3 sb's in 6 years there...and they want me to be the coach!! LOL
