Notes:
- Blue Jays pitcher Brandon Morrow was named the Player of the Game after pitching 7.1 innings and allowing one run on six hits.
- The Seattle Mariners win the series two games to one.
- The Blue Jays continue their homestand and will play the Texas Rangers at home at the Rogers Center.
- Blue Jays centerfielder Colby Rasmus sat out the game against the Mariners because left-handed pitcher Joe Saunders was taking the mound for the Mariners.
- Michael Morse’s first inning homerun underwent video review and it seems as though the umpire’s still made the wrong call. The ball seemed to have hit off the facing of the second deck in foul territory beside the foul pole. The umpires ruled it a homerun after video review.
