Irving's Buzzer Beater Wins It For Charlotte

Another very exciting game to watch for this Bobcats team with a 78-76 win for Charlotte over Detroit. Knight had a chance with 20 seconds left to put Detroit up by 1 point, but missed 1 Free Throw and it was a tie game. Irving with the ball in his hands looking to make up for last games missed shot for the tie, got the ball at the top of the key and pulled up a jumper with a Boozer screen confusing the defense. The shot was money and the Bobcats move back into 2nd place moving ahead of the Bulls. Boozer scored 14 points, Irving 13 point and Brooks 12 points in the win, while Knight put up 20 points in the loss for Detroit.

* Rudy Gay has healed fully from injury. Looks like he will be back into the starting SF, Brooks stays starting SG, while Morrow and Crawford fight for backup wing roles.
* C Brendan Haywood will have surgery on his eye and will be expected to miss 2-4 weeks. Speights will see some more time, and C Dan Gadzuric will get some garbage time.
