Aceves - 5IP 5H, 1ER, BB, K
- The Jays finally get a victory against Boston behind Luebke 4 inning 1 hit, 4K game. The only run came off a Bautista RBI double in the 4th inning. This was definitely a statement game for Toronto proving they can beat the greats.

Weaver was equally strong allowing only 1 run on 6 hits in 7.2 innings. The only run came in inning 8, where Johnson doubled, stole third, and was driven in by a Bautista Sacrifice Fly for the win.

Austin Jackson in his debut went 2/2 with a double a Run, and an RBI driving in Trayvon Robinson in the 3rd. The other offense came in the 1st, when Bautista hit his 8th HR, a solo shot for the 3-0 win.

All-around dominance from Toronto. Not only does the hitting look good, but the pitching is young and has been electric as well. They look prepped to be huge playoff contenders.
