- Summary -
The Jays fall to the Twins in game 2, after making a push in the 9th inning. Sanchez takes his 1st loss of the season. In the 1st both teams score 2 runs. For the Twins Young doubled home 2, and for the Jays, Escobar solo HR, and Bautista RBI double made it 2-2. Nothing happened until the 6th due to good pitching when a flurry of singles by the twins scored 2 runs (Morneau, Kubel). Next inning with Masset in, after a Morneau double, Valencia scored him to make it 5-4 on a ball that Bautista should have caught (game glitched). In the 9th after Bautista doubled again, Morales drove a 2-Run HR out of the park to cut the deficit to 5-4. the Jays had 0 outs but the bottom of the order couldnt get it done.
