- Summary -
The Jays take game 3 with another brilliant outing by Sanchez to put him 6-0 on the season with the outing. The offensive drout finally ended tonight with a Jones Grand Slam. Nothing happened until the 4th, when Boesch hit a solo HR to make it 1-0 Tigers. With the bases loaded in the 5th, Jones hit a grand slam to opposite field to end his cold streak and put the Jays up 4-1. That was all they needed as Feliz closed the 9th. New 1B Kendry Morales almost hit a HR, but instead doubled off the top of the wall.
