In Shocking News, The Blue Jays have sent 1B Adam Lind and a 2 Star Prospect to Florida for 1B Gabby Sanchez. The move comes as a suprise but when asked the GM had this to say:

"Lind has been struggling this season with only 2HR and 8RBI while battin .298. We expected more power, but we think a change of scenery will benifit him. We like Sanchez because he offers the same power, same position, same age, but he lets us save 3 million in sallary."


- Sanchez is batting .239 with 5HR and 13RBI.
Lineup Changes (Game 1 vs. Yankees)
- Gabby Sanchez in at 1B, batting 5th
- Thome out (68 energy), Zobrist out (73 energy)*
- Francisco DH, Cedeno 2B
* Both wil be back in the lineup for Game 2
