Here was the Team's Regular Season Statistics:
Note: This is my lowest scoring season in 7 years! so stats are really low for all my top players, and even the 3rd and 4th liners. Committed to a more defensive game after losing in the finals once again.

Well, game 5 wound up being a hard fought battle, tied 1-1 after the 2nd period, with shots 27-7 in favour of me. But as has been the case in the series, the Islanders came out strong in the 3rd period, and dominated, scoring halfway through the period, then shutting me down and winning 2-1. Series 3-2 Islanders
Game 6 saw the return of Danny Wilm into the line-up. Quickly, however, the Islanders scored, and by the start of the 3rd period, the score was 4-2 Islanders. With the season on the line, we turned up our offensive attack, and somehow, Yuri Smirnov and Steve Bordson scored, forcing the game into regulation!
Sadly, after numerous chances in OT, a turn over and a 3 on 1 led to a Islander goal, and the Boston Bruins saw another pre-mature exit from the playoffs. The upcoming offseason and draft are definitely going to be interesting for the Bruins.
Going to create a new blog post now for the upcoming offseason and regular season. First time doing a full season with blog, so unsure about how it'll go.

Man that is unfortunate with the injuries and such. Also a shame you lost after dominating in shots, I hate when that happens. Feels like whatever you do, you just can't score. Offensive struggles suck. Good luck in the off season and draft.
