Stafford Looking to Bounce Back vs Titans

Matthew Stafford and the Lions will try and move on after last week's heart-breaking loss to the 49ers. Although Stafford was benched in the first half of that loss Coach Zach Fanko has no ideas of benching his young QB in favor of the more experience Shaun Hill. "Matt is our guy for this week and hopefully for a long time, he'll play much better this week" said Coach Fanko when asked about a possible QB controversy in Detroit. The Detroit defense will have their hands full in Tennessee as they will have to contain RB Chris Johnson who has yet to have breakout game this season but is always dangerous.

Matthew Stafford has the confidence of head coach Zach Fanko after last week's terrible 4 INT performance which got Stafford pulled in the first half. The Lions must improve defensively, they have allowed a league worst 480 yard per game. While the Titans look to avoid going 0-3 after last week's 34-23 loss to the Chargers. Expect coach Munchak to have a short leash for QB Matt Hasselbeck with young QB Jake Locker waiting in the wings. Expect to see more of Chris Johnson this week as the Titans will try to exploit the Lions poor run-defense.
