Did you get your Dynasty with playoff set up?
I have spent weeks on here chasing my tail trying to figure it all out :/ I am such a noob....just wish that there was a concise, step-by-step noob guide to walk me through the whole process.
The ultimate goal is to have a dynasty with rosters/schedule/conferences/playoff/ETC

I developed a scale to use last year for coach recruiting ratings. I plan to make some substantial changes to it this year though to make it more accurate. The vast majority of the recruiting ranking is based off of average recruiting class ranking.

Also, what coach edits did you focus on so I know what to look for (statistics, coach trees, ratings, etc.)

I believe vikesfan is doing the coach edits again this year. He said he has something ridiculous like a 1,000 page word doc or something with all the info he needs. I'm really sorry, I'm not sure of any other alternative solution for this...
