Week 6: AA Portland (May 14 to May 20)
Scouting Report, May 16, 2009.

"I think I finally came up with a player he compares best to, Sean Burroughs. He can't run all that fast and all he hits are singles, something you don't want out of a corner outfielder. It might be to early to what a 19-year old might be in the future, but he has shown practically zero power since the first series I saw him."

Journal: "No Longer Taking Extra Batting Practice"

Hitting coach Davie Joppie has told me I won't be taking extra batting practice since the other players need it more. I'm kind of surprised by this, but I guess it makes sense that only a few players can participate in the extra batting session because of time constraints.

Anyways, playing in left regularly has been tiring. I don't know, maybe I need to prepare better for the season, I'm pooped. Along with the fact that I can't seem to steal a base at all this season. Oh well, you just keep working on them right?
