Hello fellas, I thought I would just drop a line and ask a question that I feel is relevant. Why is it that among the OS Community there are so many factions and clicks?
I would say that I am not the only person that feels this way but new people like me always try to join in on some of the gaming rosters with some of the so called OS Vets and roster and edit makers and ask to help and ask for "how to tips" and we never get a response.
The fact of the matter is that all of us love sports games, all of us want and need updated rosters and hints and tips on how to tweak the games for optimal gameplay, however, when someone asks how to update arenas, players shoes, if you are not well known or in a group it is safe to say that one should not expect a response. I am by no means a person that sits around playing video games all day and for hours. I have a family, I have a profession like many of you also but I remain more than willing to help but there is little feedback and a lack unified purpose. Is not this is something of a fraternity? But I notice that it operates as if someone else is going to steal the glory if we share ideas and how to do things. I am a Army veteran and I learned long ago that unity equates to strength and that there is no place for Blue Flamers that do not want to share and be unified in an effort do what is best for everyone concerning updates.
I have been absolutely astounded by the lack of response especially amongst people with similar likes. For example in the case CH2K8 rosters, it has been crazy and I have asked how to do some of the things that Behindshadows has been able to do with updates and the like. Why is it that responding and sharing ideas seems to be such a hard thing to do for so many? There seems to be no sense of sharing ideas for fear that another person will get credit for soemthing that another has worked on and that seems absurd to me. I love my CH2K8 but in the case of the PS3 owners, we seem too lazy to work or too selfish to share or too insecure to share ideas with other outside the loop. Unity is where the strength is, unity is what would have allowed us PS3 owners to have had a roster by now to play some college hoops with upgrades not this lathargic waiting for somebody else to something and unwillingness to share and respond to questions.

Down the road we plan on a rating system for rosters, and an FAQ, so it will help a lot. Thanks for the note, it has been recorded.
