Madden Does It AGAIN.....

Year after year....EA releases Madden and claims to have all these new features and what not....I'm no Madden fan, and it's not because I always loved 2k's football games.....because I would get Madden too.... It's just Madden doesn't do it for me when it comes to football..... It always seems like the same thing over and over again.....the graphics get a lil better each year, BUT it's like they underachieve when it comes to what Madden COULD be..... I don't know if it's because they don't have any competion or what, but sumthin has to give.... I can't remeber the last time i played Madden and actually had fun or enjoyed the game.....I always feel like I didn't get my money's worth out of the game....I've had the game almost 2 days, and i've spent more time complaining about it and wishing it had sumthin else in the game, than i have spent playing it.....If and when someone else gets to make a NFL game, Madden may wish they got it right while they had the chance.....

I just wrote up an article that I think speaks to what you may be hinting at. It isn't that Madden doesn't inspire to want to play it, to buy it. Truly I suspect it isn't that the features are there, it is perhaps the execution of the features that is the issues. it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. like a parade without music or perhaps Led Zeppelin but it is a cover band version, not bad but isn't Led Zeppelin. check out my blog and see if this is what you feel is missing.

I'm officially done with Madden.....I'll never buy it again....
