I am very happy that the Raiders finished strong and finished 8-8, but now the Raiders have many problems. 1st off the most popular topic right now, Nnamdi Asomugha will be a FA after his contract got voided cause he didnt do his incentives. Pretty BS but he said its likely he will come back as a Raider next season but nobody knows just yet.

Next off is the HC search, Hue Jackson the offensive coordinator will most likely be the new Head Coach soon and Al Davis will take his time about putting him as HC cause all teams have their HC spots filled, also we have a few canidates at OC and DC. Rob Ryan might be coming back to be DC for the Raiders if Davis will fire the current DC J. Marshall. Nnamdi has his respect for Rob Ryan and it will give more of a chance to get the "Best" CB back in Oakland.

After that, half the team will be on FA soon. Some of them are Seymour, Miller, Huff, and Gallery. I would like to sign Seymour and Miller out of those 4 because they give us the better chance to win. Huff is a good FS and has improved but i would rather Michael Mitchell at FS or even Stevie Brown. They both shown potential at the Safety position. Gallery has had a great run with the Raiders but has been getting injured.

In FA we can get valuable players that will improve this team even more, there is OL Jared Gaither and Logan Mankins that will improve the OL alot. There is WRs Vincent Jackson, Sidney Rice, and Malcom Floyd, either of them can be our To-Go-Guy on passing downs. We also need a CB at the other end of Nnamdi if he comes back so we have alot of options, we have Champ Bailey, Antoino Cromartie, Ronde Barber, and Johnathan Joseph, all of them can improve the other side of Nnamdi. Just imagine Nnamdi and Bailey on the same defense, they will have to run the ball most of the time.

I dont really have a good look at the Draft just yet but i think we should get a DT/OL in the 2nd/3rd since we dont have a 1st round pick cause of the trade for Seymour. I just hope this offseason will go the Raiders way in helping them win the AFC West next season. Give your thoughts if you want.
