The funny thing...... I feel the exact same way about NBA 2k10. I have zero affiliation to both titles, so I rented both. Live is more realistic and playable, 2k has more bells and whistles. I do not understand the love fest with 2k..... Highly overrated sports title. Just my opinion.

I know this is a shot in the dark but I would love to have it. I always buy LIVE every year but since my Wife gave birth to our daughter, I don't have the $ to buy it this year. Thanks if you can help me out.

F U str8artist... it felt so good and different to me @ first that i really liked it, but once the newness went away i started trying to force my self to really enjoy playing it, knowing damn well i'd rather be playing 2k.

Do you, bruh. Live 10 isn't for everybody. Personally, Live 10 has caused me to retire from NBA2K.

Oh, and what you know about 10 Yard Fight?? Lol. This is off topic but I had such a love/hate thing for that game. It was the only football game, at that point in time, that was on the NES. I HATED that the game had synchronized line movement and no real NFL teams but I LOVE football so...

Honestly, when I first got Live 10, I regretted it and wished I got 2k. That's because the controls are very different and it plays different from any basketball title i've ever played. I've been a 2k guy since 07 but I can 100% honestly say that although live 10 is FAR from perfect, Its probably the best/most realistic basketball game i have ever played.

@ gamer23 i bought it because i felt like it was fun during the demo. it just not as fun. honestly imo live 10 <<<<<<<<<<< nba2k9. it's just different.

and if i dont really think its better than 2k9... let's be real here, there's no way it can be better than 2k10. it's a nice change of pace game, but i don't need that. i barely have time to play games in the first place so when i do, i need the be playing the game i enjoy most.

2k10 right now is a layupfest online. There is absolutely no defense in the post. All I'm seeing online is guys dumping the ball under the rim and scoring. They have some serious adjustments to make if this game is to become balanced. At the end of a game you can view your opponents shot chart. Please go to ESPN and view an actual real games shot chart. No one shoots more than half there baskets in the paint. On 2K I see 80-90% of my opponents shot's in the paint. Stop saying 2k is like the NBA. It's not.
