Nah how about making them shoot the right percentages in the first place Lebron shouldn't shot 4 for 28 on any day espicaly not a 10 game avg of that common 2k

this is a good idea, but it still hides the fact that teamates are not as effecient as they should be with u on the court. As a sg, I see rose passing the ball and getting assist every time while when I pass the ball hoping for an assist, deng misses an easy breakaway dunk...... I think they should also add player builds (start as raw prospect with 99 potential, start as 70 overall with 85 potential, start at 80 overall with no potential, etc)

Here is my NBA 2K12 Wishlist.
1. Add the options to edit wingspan and home and away accessories. In previous 2K games you couldn't have Kevin Durant or Trevor Ariza - like arms.
2. Add the option to play as an existing NBA player in My Player Mode. I find myself creating players like Kobe Bryant and having to start from scratch, in the Summer Circuit and stuff. Which brings me to my next point.
3. More enjoyable Draft Combine and Summer Circuit submodes in the My Player Mode. Add the option to be able to actually ask your coach to be put in the game, or recommend other players to be put in for who.
4. In the edit player submenu, add the option to change hair and beard and mustache styles. I find myself having to create the existing players and adding/changing different facial hair styles.
5. Add International teams. I want to see Regal Barcelona and Spain in the game but they're not there.
6. Player Builds (as mentioned by ktownage). Like in NBA Live 08, you could edit a player and change the way they play and by doing so, it would change the player attributes. i.e. Kobe Bryant is a Shooter. His Shot Close is 97, Shot medium is 89, and his Shot Three is 77. If I change his play style to Slashing, his Shot Three attribute will go down but his Speed and Dunking attrubites would see a dramatic increase.
7. Realistic Shot Percentages (as mentioned by kareem434). If you were playing in the Finals Game 7, and you are really nervous, you should be ice cold until you fall into a rhythm.
8. Make the players look like the players. Kobe Bryant isn't that skinny. Andrew Bynum doesn't have that thin a lip. I think 2K Developers should take a picture of the player they are modeling and insert it into the game.
9. Better end-of-game celebrations. In 2K11, the players would just stand there and clap as someone would hit the game-winning shot. What is up with that? Like when the Lakers win, purple and gold streamers should shower down on the court and there should be on-court post-game interviews. This I think is what I would like to see the most.
10. And my last pointer is...Passing (as mentioned by Bryzine21). There should be a pass button (which there already is) and when you press it, you should seamlessy and smoothly pass it to your target.
