Can't wait for Madden 2011 on Playstation 3? Here's some gaming tips that will ease your anxiety.

Step 1- If you haven't already, purchased an NBA game. Purchase one no earlier than Feb 1st. This will last you approximately 6 months which coincides with Madden's release month

Step 2- Purchase God of war 3! This will be a humongous game with an enourmous challenge when played on the tougher difficulty. It should take any where from 6-12 weeks for the working man to beat.

Step 3- Get your race car on! Grand Turismo 5 debuts in March. This is a title that every sports fan should purchase, and has serious replay potential. The Madden franchise lovers will enjoy this game like no other

Step 4- Step into the fantasy. Final fantasy XIII is looming on the horizon. Purchase this game after completing God of war (sometime around May or June). This game should take the working man approx 2-3 months to complete.

Step 5- Rent a copy of NCAA football 2011. Play it extensively for the entire week to get in true football mode. Upon returning the game, sim you about 5 seasons to keep saved for your Madden 2011's franchise mode.

Step 6- Stay tuned to Operation Sports. You'll get up to date info on Madden 2011.

*Important note! 3 weeks following the NFL draft (sometimes in May), go ahead and sell your Madden 2010. Sell it on craigslist or ebay for 20-30 dollars. Take that money and instantly reserve your copy of madden 2011.

**Madden Arcade, Super street fighter 4, and EA MMA are games you should play in between the others to get your competition on as well. I wouldn't purchase all 3, but maybe one of the aforementioned.
