My NBA 2K share uniform not loading?

I've downloaded 2K share uniforms no problem. After like 2 games, the uniforms are plain white or green or gold with no logos or other details. Anyone else having this problem? What's the fix?

I assume this is the reason there aren’t a lot of good college uniforms loaded into the vault?

i too am interested in this topic. Trying to run a 01-02 alternate universe league and want era specific logos unis and courts, and teams like Philly and Utah claim they are downloaded then when I check uniforms or floor they are blank.

Unfortunately this happens sometimes. There isnt a fix that I have seen. I only see this issue on next gen
