I keep getting this error message when trying to download a draft class, roster, sliders. EVERYTHING. What's going on?

dude i ve been through this for many many times，just dont do anything，connect to 2k server in the game，the game will start download all those hot fixes，you can load your save files when it done

My old 2k games do this too. Corrupted roster files. No way around it for the games offline. It's frustrating
