Does anyone here own a digital version of NBA 2K14 on Xbox One?

If you do, can you confirm whether or not the game is still available under your ‘Ready to Install’ section and can you initiate installation of the game?

Just looking for confirmation as Microsoft support is stating that the game is no longer available for any users, including all existing customers who own the digital version.

not directly related, but I couldn't redownload NBA 2k16 to my system, even though I bought it digitally. XBOX support wasn't very helpful either. Ended up picking it up for 5.00 used on disc.
