2019 rosters for The Show 18?

Kind of fed up with the frame rate issues in 19, so I was wondering if there are any updates 2019 rosters that will work on 18? Sorry if that's a "dumb" question, but 18 is the first one I've played since 08 so idk how the roster thing works. Do I just go to the vault in game or is there something else I gotta do? Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm planning to start a franchise using the newest roster from psn: SteveMrshll2. There was an update right around opening day.

I'm open to other suggestions if there is a good one I'm missing.
