Does who you pick have any effect on your team success at all , other than finding players that fit the scheme.....

Is this a trick question? I mean of course it does but getting scheme fit players will upgrade them faster, but OL for some reason don't seem to progress very fast regardless.

Each coach is assigned to one of 3 archetypes , ( strategist, motivator or team builder I think ) each archetype offers certain boosts to scouting , trading etc , which will give small advantages in those areas and thus to long term success
