All values were estimated (calculated) from real life stats using whoscored data (except E League One and Two).

To simulate the positioning adjustments teams make to adapt to their opponent strength, add the following to the basic positioning sliders values.

To simulate some of the tactic dynamics of the real sport, add to the CTTs & Positioning sliders the following values (for CPU CTTs, use the 2nd controller method).

Update:

- revised criteria for Pressure slider = new values
- revised lower and higher limits for Aggression slider = new values
- added MLS and Brasileirão to Chance creation positioning slider calculation = some values changed

Yesterday I made a short but important test...

Played CPU vs CPU, team vs same team, gameplay sliders default and CTTs sliders all 50 except the slider to be tested. Tested 1, 50 and 100...

Some conclusions:
- speed - while the general tendency is too build-up fast, there was a noticeable difference in possession when playing with 1, 50 or 100. So, I will re-introduce the 1-100 range for speed;
- passing (BU) - same short passing general tendency, so I will keep the shift to 100;
- passing (CC) - I will keep the 66-100 range to force more riskier passes for all teams;
- pressure - it was clear that this slider dictates where the midfield line will position. It's like a line height for midfielders. To prevent extreme positioning, I will use the 33-66 range;
- aggression - I got a surprise here. I was expecting extreme values to give different numbers of tackles, but it gave the exact same number! The difference was just the number of fouls. While playing 1 resulted on 0 fouls, 50 gave just 1 and 100 resulted on 3 fouls (only 22 in-game min). It was a short sample but was interesting to know that aggression maybe is linked to the fouls count (riskier/aggressive tackles), not number of tackles. So, here I will introduce a range of 66-100 for all teams and teams will be rated only by their fouls per game stat.
- width - also a little surprise here... I was expecting difference in defensive width but there were none. The defensive line width was the same independently of this slider value. The main difference was in the team shift to the ball side. That's good news. As I think in current days almost all teams use the width shift so I will shift the slider values to 20 (the minimal default value » high pressure default CT).
