What bone headed mistakes have you made?

I was just playing chise and was going for the double play and I hit X. I immediately cursed myself because it wasn't RTTS and the throw went to the catcher and juiced the bases. The other team went on to score two runs that inning when the game was tied. I ended up losing

Unless I really have to, if some has full red or I know they are dangerous I intentionally walk them.

I'm a 7 year show veteran. I've played through 7 full seasons of Franchise. To this day there is still the occasional missed base throw.

In fact today I had a team attempt a double steal on me. My response: My catcher rifles the ball... to first base.

BTW I don't play RttS so I don't have that excuse.

Edit: I should add how amusing it was that the announcers just went silent. There was nothing to say. I kind of appreciated that.

I have thrown the ball to 2B on a groundball trying to turn two......only to remember the bases were empty.

Accidentally diving on a hit to right field. It cost me a run one time but I would've lost the game anyway.

I should be banned from running the bases. Multiple runners on the same base, unassisted double plays on liners. Auto isn't aggressive enough for me and i just press too many buttons.

Although last night I stole second, while attempting to steal third the catcher launched the ball into left field, so I manged to get a walk off in the bottom of the 13th on a real bonehead play.
