Does MLB Show 15 Online Franchise include these features?

I am entering June in my franchise and I haven't seen any mention of either, although obviously scouting is available.

An All-star game where everyone could play at the same time as their chosen All-star like a RTTS game would be amazing, but it would also probably crash the servers
