Madden 15 coaches who get fired?

I am starting a cfm with the Steelers and Raiders. I know on 25 rex Ryan got fired as well as a few other coaches. My plan is to move the raiders back to L.A. and dump the coaching staff during the first off season. Who has come up in that first few off seasons ? Is it all made up coaches or are real ones let go? Ideally I'd like to hire Rex to coach the raiders. Any other cool stuff that happens in the off season that I can look forward to?

It's the real coaches already on teams that get fired and made up coaches. There might be some to come out of retirement but I haven't seen one yet this year.

I started an online Franchise w/ the Raiders to see how the offseason goes. Simmed 1 step too far and the CPU canned the coach bringing in some other coach.
