What Are The Best PC Football Games?

I love Football and I'm interested in playing a simulation Football (NFL) game..The problem is to have enough time and money to pick the best games.
I would like to get opinions on what other people feel are the best games on the market.
I'm trying to get as much quality information on sports games as I can before I make any purchases.I hope this will help other people too.
Some of the Football games I'm interested in are.
Second & Ten looks great but I've yet to try the demo.I will do so in the future.
Football Mogul 12 was a good game from the free game I've downloaded.
Action PC and Strat O Matic both look great but I have never purchased them.
In the future OOTP Developments is coming out with Beyond the Sidelines, love OOTP Baseball so I will have to look into this game.

Try Front Office Football 7. Highly addictive, already in my 17th season.

Its also very tough. I've made the playoffs 9 times, with 5 superbowls appearances and 2 wins. Economy module is great and really important to maintain. Lots of stats they keep track of, awards, hall of fame, career and season records. Coaching staff has their own ratings, players have personalities.

Sadly you cant make your own plays though. AI adapts to your plays so always have to adapt, unless your the best at doing it. Great game, try the demo

I agree on Front Office Football, for a text sim. Great product. If you want something with an arcade option, to actually "play" the game on the field, I do not believe there has been anything new since Madden 08.

I just picked ol Madden 08 today for 10 bucks on Amazon!

Try Madden 07 PC.. MUCH Better than 08.. in 08 the WR's jump like Supermen and the DBs do nothing. In 07 on All madden game is Great!

I watched a couple games in CPU v. CPU and coached a couple more on Pro and I didn't notice that from either side!
