How do you do in-game saves in NG 2K14?

I know the PS4 has a the suspend/resume feature, but I can't figure out how to use it on 2K.

On Madden the game just saves automatically, on 2k I can never get my in-games to save.

You can't other than in MyCareer and MyGM I think.

How do you save in MyGM? That's where I'm spending all my time. I can't find the option.

It auto saves upon exit.

Yeah, I don't think theres a save and quit option in MyGM.

i want to uninstall my NBA but im afraid to lose my saves what should i do?pls help...if i copy the saves in saves folder and paste it to other comp is thi file work?
