Online Dynasty OC\DC unable to add points?

We have a weird bug in our OD, if we hire an OC\DC that used to be a head coach, you cannot use his HC points for the OC\DC position. So now instead of a level ~20 OC at the start of the year, you have a guy who needs half a season to gain his first point that can be used as an OC.

Is anyone else seeing this bug or is it intended?

Yea man im experiencing the same prob i got a DC who use to be a head cound but i cant use any of his points, after i picked him up after coaches carousel it said i had 20 points to add for my DC but when i went in it would not let me!! let me know if you hear anything thanks!!!!

I have the same problem. SO Frustrating and NOT addressed by this new patch.

Bump for devs. No one else with this??
Oc I hired was a level 8 in name only. No skills unlocked though and no ability to unlock any. What was worse is he needs so many points to jump a level so he is way worse than a level 0 as he has no hope of upgrading more than a level a season as it is going to take a ton of points to unlock first level.
