Hey, I've posted a couple of times and still am not able to post about my dynasty. I know this is extremly annoying for you all, but it would be awesome if you could help a newbie like me. Thanks alot

I would suggest reading the million other threads about this same subject. Some are even in the first page. I also believe the TOS covers this as well which you have read.

cant send msg to guy to unlock my things

I cant start a thread because the person has to unlock the things. I don't think it will let me send the msg because when I press submit nothing happens
