Best franchise/Gm mode of all the sports games?

Looking to start a new franchise or Gm mode and can't decide between Fifa 13 NBA 2K13 Madden 13 NCAA 13 or NHL13.

from what ive played ncaa (nvr played fifa) but this is the wrong section of OS to ask theres an entire thread on best game/mode

I have NBA 2k13, NCAA 13, and NHL 13. Out of those three I would probably pick 2k13 as the best. (Pains me to say since I'm a big college football fan and it has so much potential wasted)

NHL 13 GM Mode I can't stand because of of two main reasons.
1. The menus are just ridiculously slow. Just simulating a couple days takes way too long.
2.lack of customization. You can't even change the season length even though this year was a shortened season.
