ps2: nascar 07 vs. nascar heat 2002?

ok i know this is an odd topic. But i got a couple nascar games for free and want to know which will be the best one to invest time in.

i'd prefer the most fun/ best career mode.
Roster depth or realism [in terms of sponsors and gear] not that important as i dont know much if anything about the real sport.
Love racing games though, so, out of the two, what do you guys think?
