People Edit Rosters for Madden and NBA 2K, but why not Fifa????

Hey guys. I have been searching the internet and can't seem to find a place where people edit fifa rosters for a gaming console. I play fifa 12 on xbox 360 and I want to have updated rosters (so many moves in summer transfer window). For people who don't know, Fifa only updates it's rosters after it's two transfer windows (sometimes a month after it's done :/). Fifa have lazy editors unlike madden and nba 2k so you have to manually move players yourself and there is a lot more players and teams than those two games. I have heard people use programs to help them edit rosters and post them for Madden and NBA 2K for gaming consoles on here (and 2k share because there is an avenue to do editing and sharing) , but nothing for Fifa. Is it that it is too hard to do for fifa or no one wants to do it? I see all this great edits for the fifa pc game all over the internet (don't play pc games) and I don't get why there aren't ones for xbox360 and other systems. Can someone help me out?

I can't speak for all US gamers, but soccer really isn't on the top 5 list of many american sports fans.

I have Fifa 10 and I have no clue who should be on what team... I just know it is soccer.

Probably because in North America, not many people play fifa, and about about 90% of those who do, only play ultimate team.
