What is your highest GEM recruit? Are classes the same?

I just recruited a DT that ended up being a +12!!! Has anyone had a recruit that high or higher? My guy is a 3 star recruit. So when it says he is +12 and then 68 OVR... is the 68 OVR including the +12 or do you add 12 to 68?

Also are all recruiting classes the same year to year for everyone or are they randomly generated?

I got a plus 8 from a 72 to an 80 Guard. I haven't seen him just yet play but he has already committed to me in my 5th game with UCF.

So in your recruit screen is he still posted as a 72 with +8 or has his rating literally changed to an 80?

I found a 3 star CB who ended up being 81 overall with 98 spee

3* QB Matt Rooney from Michigan,I'm at Indiana playing the spread option. I recruited a 4* athlete as my up and coming QB. This guy starts at a 69. I want to get him to add depth plus he seems like a decent prospect anyway. Ends up being +12 81 OVR. He's got 87 Spd 86 acc, 81 thp and 96 tha! Perfect for my offense. Comes in and takes the starting job in game one, playing great and sprains his ankle for 4 weeks. Upsetting but still an amazing player and get for indiana.

It was 72 when I had him, then after scouting he had been moved up to a solid 80.
