You guys know by now how it goes. I do slider settings so that gameplay reaches proper NBA Speeds to what is seen in real life. I do this by trying to bring out the best animations that the slider settings can bring out or lessen. In doing so this ends up creating a realistic balance in all areas of the game from shooting percentages to defensive plays etc. It is my hope that through my own play testing before release of the settings I have been able to discern any and every problem within the slider settings that are ultimately decided upon.

Game has been out for a fair amount of time that we all know what it needed. Here's to hoping you find the enjoyment out of this set as much as I do for my own personal use.

Original Slider Set

Difficulty - Pro (thanks to the defensive side of the slider set)
Game Speed - 44 (has to be 5 above Acceleration)
Quarter length - 8 minutes (games will have realistic end of game results)
Fatigue - On
Injuries - On
Clutch Factor - On (More realistic now due to the slider adjustments below)
Shooting Type - Real Player %(***Important***Helps with user scoring)
FT Shooting Type - real Player %(same as above reasoning)
Free Throw Difficulty - 50 (Default)

Controller Settings - (Optional, however I'd try this out and tweak as you go for best user control with the settings below)
Defensive Assist Strength - 100 (I do not believe the finding from last years NBA 2k11 ring true in regards to the Def Assist Strength in NBA 2k12. As adjusting this to 100 along with the settings I've provided below for defense make the games guarding more on par with NBA 2k7's great lock on feature)

So far I'm in the 2nd quarter, I've take 6 3s, and I've scored all 6 3s. Might have to reduce the 3s slider to 55.

Are you using the shot stick or the real player percentage?

Thats cool but some of the settings are crucial. of course shooting percentages are ALWAYS tough due to user skill but i tried killing that by making us use the real player percentages instead of shot stsick

Ok..will test them later ,but are the shooting % normal with these.Over 50% both would be a bit high
